As a senior beauty therapist you will provide high quality beauty treatments and exceptional customer care to our salon guests.

Certificate IV or Diploma Beauty Therapy

Terms and Conditions
Reservations: While we are delighted to accommodate walk-in guests on a space available basis, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please arrive promptly for your booking as late arrival may reduce your appointment duration or loss of appointment.
Tranquility: In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing experience for yourself, we ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from speaking loudly, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. Guests who use a smartphone in such manner will be gently asked to refrain from smartphone use or continue using their smartphone outside.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or postpone your treatment. If so, we require 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee may apply.
Should you not arrive for your booking, your booking fee paid at the time of booking will be forfeited.
SMS Reminders: We offer you convenient confirmations and reminders via sms about your upcoming appointment.
Because we know life is hectic, appointments are systematically confirmed via sms 24-48 hours in advance to help you avoid the dreaded No Show or Cancellation fees described here.
Even with all of these reminders, we suggest that because of the financial penalties you are responsible for, here are some things that can help:
Cross-check your appointment confirmation and reminder with your phone calendar app to determine any discrepancies.

Your booking is confirmed unless we hear otherwise. If you do not cancel an appointment, we are going to assume you will be attending.
Please remember, we send these sms to you as a courtesy. It is the client's responsibility to remember their pre booked appointments.
Booking Fees: Most appointments when booking online and via phone or in person will require a 50% booking fee which will be deducted from your total on the day of your service. This booking fee will not be refunded if you do not cancel within 24hrs or do not attend your appointment.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non refundable or transferable for cash.
Gift vouchers are non traceable or useable unless the voucher number written or printed on the voucher is retained.
Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Anyone that has a copy of your gift card can use it. Therefore, it is your responsibility to keep your gift card secure.
Lotus Beauty reserves the right to change menu of services at any time. If you have purchased a gift voucher for a particular service that we no longer provide within your voucher validity period, we will honour the amount that the voucher was purchased for towards another service.
Gift voucher number must be provided at the time of booking.
Voucher will be come void if an appointment is not attended without prior notice of cancellation or within the 24hr cancellation period.
Gift vouchers are redeemable Monday to Saturday by appointment. During busy periods such as Christmas, gift vouchers for Saturday and Thursday evening are only available to be used for appointments at the discretion of Management and may be refused.
Child Policy: We love the babies and children, however, as Lotus Beauty is a smaller spa and salon with limited space and seating that doesn’t serve strollers, car seats, or kiddos on their iPads in the treatment rooms very well.
We have a lot of hot, sharp and breakable items, not to mention, for many of our clients this is the only pampering time they have with out kids all month.
Lotus Beauty is not a child-friendly environment unless, of course, they are in the chair getting their nails done (sometimes they are our most entertaining clients of the day).
We ask that anyone 12 years or younger must have an adult 18 years old or over to supervise at all times; who is not preoccupied in services.
We ask that if you bring your children to us, as we understand sometimes life just happens that way, please make sure they are supervised at all times. Please also ensure that headphones are used for them when on ipads etc.
Lotus Beauty will not assume any responsibility for any injury or such resulting from an unsupervised child or injury from children being present in the salon during treatments.
Breakages/Damage to Products In Store: Any damage or breakage to our products in store by clients or children will incur a 50% charge
Product Return Policy: We will happily refund or exchange a product purchase that has been unopened and unused within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Products without proof of purchase unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Faulty products will be fully refunded or replaced with proof of purchase within 28 days.
Completed services and gift vouchers can not be refunded.
